《韓非子·說林上》：“ 管仲 、 隰朋 從於 桓公 而伐 孤竹 ，春往冬返，迷惑失道， 管仲 曰：‘老馬之智可用也。’乃放老馬而隨之，遂得道?！焙笠蛞浴袄像R識途”比喻對某事富有經(jīng)驗，能為先導(dǎo)。 清 錢謙益 《高念祖＜懷寓堂詩＞序》：“ 念祖 以余老馬識途，出其行卷，以求一言?！?清 黃景仁 《立秋后二日》詩：“老馬識途添病骨，窮猿投樹擇深枝。”
